Rep Ogah Supports Young Musician with ₦1m at Ikwo Thanksgiving Service
The member representing Ikwo/Ezza-South Federal Constituency and Chairman House Committee on Reformatory Institutions National Assembly, Rt. Hon. (Comrade) Chinedu Ogah, OON during the weekend at Nwanoyo Stadium, Onuebonyi Echara in Ikwo Local Government Area congratulated Ikwo Noyo Clan for coming together in mass to appreciate God for his blessings to the people.
Addressing the Press men in an interview, Ogah called for peace and unity in Ikwo for more development and progress in the area.
He stressed that God has truly used the instrumentality of the man of God, Rev. Dr Umah Ukpai to perform wonders in Ikwo Noyo, hence the people gathered to thank and appreciate God at the altar of the evangelist.
At the event during the thanksgiving, the Federal Lawmaker went into talent -hunting and supported a talented musician, Evang. Peter Nwankwo from Ikwo Local Government Area with the sum of One Million Naira Only (1,000,000).
He stated that the performance of the Evang. Nwankwo during the event provoked his thoughts, hence, the directive of the holy spirit, to encourage the musician in his special call from God.
The thanksgiving ceremony witnessed revelations and dignitaries from all walks of life, including the executive governor of Ebonyi State, represented by the Speaker of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ije Moses Odunwa, Rt. Hon. (Comrade) Chinedu Ogah OON, Member Federal House of Representatives Ikwo/ Ezza-South Constituency, Former Deputy Governor of Ebonyi State, Barr. Eric Kelechi Igwe, Bishops of other Pentecostal Churches, Clergymen, Traditional Rulers, political appointees, Captains of Industry, and many more were in attendance.
